"solak" meaning in All languages combined

See solak on Wiktionary

Noun [Proto-Turkic]

Etymology: Clauson derives the word from *sōl (“left”) and proposes the original meaning "organ on the left side of the body"; if so, the word could be considered the same as *sōlak (“left handed”) however note that such a word only survives in Turkish and may ultimately be a borrowing from Proto-Mongolic *solugai (“left handed”), itself a derivation of Proto-Turkic *sōl. The DLT's attempt at connecting it to *tālak (“spleen”) is an error made by Kashgari.
